FAQs

  1. What are the accepted payment methods?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and AfterPay.

  2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the size and weight of the items in your order. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. However, please allow additional time for custom or out of stock items.

  3. How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your package.

  4. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, we are unable to cancel the order.

  5. What if my order arrives damaged?
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@greenmoonliving.com. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  6. Can I return or exchange an item?
    We accept returns of merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at support@greenmoonliving.com to receive instructions on how to return your item.

  7. How can I contact customer service?
    You can contact our customer service team at support@greenmoonliving.com.  We are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm AEST.

  8. Do you ship internationally?
    We ship to all addresses within Australia, and international shipping is also available upon request.
